🔹 Eat your veggies 🥬🥦🥕🌽🌶 studies have shown that eating a lot of veggies especially green and yellow veggies have shown to help create and protect bone mass

🔹Do your strength training/ weight bearing exercises 🏋🏼‍♀️ this can be extremely beneficial for preventing bone loss in older adults 🙌🏽

🔹Eat Calcium rich foods 🥛 ~ calcium is an essential mineral for bone health and helps protect bone structure and strength 🙌🏽 therefore it is important to spread your calcium intake throughout the day which will help optimise your calcium absorption 🤗

🔹Ensure you get your vitamin D and K by consuming fatty fish, cheese, egg yolks while getting enough sun exposure along with calcium rich foods such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and dairy alternatives fortified with calcium. If you’re vegan ensure your eat more spinach, okra, kale, soy beans, white beans, fortified products etc. If you’re unable to meet your requirements through food, a supplement recommended by your doctor can be used to meet your requirements. .
