And I really enjoyed that green asparagus is available in abundance on La Palma ( frozen, fresh and jarred). I love giving my liver this delicious treat (it soothes a hot, overburdened, struggling liver) and it sure keeps up a healthy digestion too as it increases bile production. It also helps to dislodge and expel fat cells from the liver and strengthens its immune system.
