Happy Saturday aka Leg Day aka Treat Day!!!
One of the fun parts of the FASTer Way program is the “Leg Day Treat.” I know you’re like, wha?!?!? How can there be a treat in a fat-loss program?!? There are lots of diets and programs out there that are too restrictive and doesn’t allow people to incorporate occasional treats into their fat-loss lifestyle. Well, that does not sound fun at all, does it?
If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM) is an approach used by many FASTer Way clients to eat treats and junk food and still hit our macros. IIFYM is used on Saturdays or whenever we do leg day!
You guys, you know and I know that it’s not realistic nor fun to go without another treat for the rest of your life. Ugh, no thank you! Sustainability is one of the main goals of the FASTer Way and using IIFYM to give ourselves an occasional treat is one way to create that sustainability. Come to the IIFYM side...we have donuts...or cookies...or cupcakes...or pizza...or wine...all in moderation. 😊😆😂
