Sunday Soulfood 🤩🤤 Asiatische Gerichte mag ich total gerne. Besonders Gemüse-Curry lässt sich so vielseitig zubereiten und auch toll als Gemüse-Reste-Verwertung nutzen. 🙂 Das Gemüse kann hierbei immer variieren. Hier kommt Blumenkohl und Brokkoli, gemeinsam mit Paprika und dem asiatischen Kohl Pak Choi zum Einsatz. Das Ganze wird in einer leckeren Sauce mit grüner Curry-Paste, Limette und Kokosmilch gekocht. Dazu gibt’s Reisbandnudeln und marinierten Tempeh – köstlich! 🍜

I wanted to share some food inspiration on here again but didn’t want to just write down a recipe. Instead, let me share some nutritional facts about ....
LENTILS!
Back in my childhood days I used to eat them quite often as my dad has been cooking indian meals for us on a regular.
Nowadays I cook them on my own — thanks dad 💁🏻‍♀️
Lentils aren't just full of fiber and protein. They‘re even a source of iron ♥️
Lentils (as an example of legumes) also contain an essential amino acid called lysine that is one of the „critical“ nutrients in a vegan diet and lentils are it's most valuable source. Lysine is needed to build proteins in your body, it seems to help with calcium absorption and plays a role in collagen production. But the body cannot build lysine itself, so you need to get it through your diet.
There's also a thing called "second meal effect", which means that lentils with their low glycemic index help in stabilizing your blood sugar levels, even hours after you consumed them (-> in your "second meal"). Extreme rising and falling of your blood sugar levels are a reason for you to feel hungry, get sugar cravings and feel sluggish and hangry. Sounds relatable? Eat more legumes!

But above all: lentils are tasty! 
Have a nice stew with lentils and sweet potato, or eat some Indian lentil dhal with rice (and get a decent combination of amino acids, my muscle mates 💪🏼).
Spice them up with some chili, cilantro, turmeric and pepper or some cumin ✌🏼🥰 ~ Yulha

T E M P E H  B U D D H A  B O W L ☮️ ☮️ - I was never really the kind of person who would cook a meal where meat was the focus of the plate, like a ‘meat and two veg’ type meal. In that respect, it was pretty easy to transition to vegan cooking because I loved making things like curries,  risottos and big pasta veggies bowls. With this kind of cooking it’s really EASY to swap out meat for veggies and legumes because none of the flavour comes from the meat, it all comes from herbs and spices. Cooking big bowl dishes is also a great way to save money as it’s super easy to cook a big batch and have lots of portions!

By definition, probiotics are live microorganisms which confer a health benefit on the host when given in adequate amounts. They are rich in kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, tempeh, sour pickles, miso soup, fermented vegetables, kombucha. •

Taking prebiotics and probiotics together has been shown to promote the survival and colonisation of the bowel. •

タンドリーテンぺ。テンぺはすごく味が入るので、漬ける時間が短いのと、漬けタレもテンぺ向けに変えていけると、この漬け料理パターンは時短にもなりそう。一緒にチキンも浸けて食べ比べ。

La lenteja caviar es una legumbre pequeña, brillante y del color del ébano, con un sabor y textura elegantes, firme y a la vez cremosa y, como su nombre indica, con un aspecto similar al caviar cuando está cruda. .
Esta pequeña legumbre obtiene su intenso color negro de unos antioxidantes llamados antocianinas, que son los mismos que se encuentran en los frutos y bayas morados y negros. Las antocianinas son compuestos muy potentes que están siendo investigados por sus propiedades anticancer, así como por sus beneficios sobre la memoria!

La lenteja caviar es una legumbre pequeña, brillante y del color del ébano, con un sabor y textura elegantes, firme y a la vez cremosa y, como su nombre indica, con un aspecto similar al caviar cuando está cruda. .
Esta pequeña legumbre obtiene su intenso color negro de unos antioxidantes llamados antocianinas, que son los mismos que se encuentran en los frutos y bayas morados y negros. Las antocianinas son compuestos muy potentes que están siendo investigados por sus propiedades anticancer, así como por sus beneficios sobre la memoria!

Buat yg suka bilang, "bukan'y diet mlah mkan mulu", nih mamam masakanku. Biar tau rasa'y, berjuang nahan lapar&nolak mkan enak, but trun BB cm se'ons 🤣

Udh'lah jgn diet gila2'an. Mending rajin olahraga, kerja, ngerjain kerjaan RT (include; nyapu, ngepel, masak, nyuci piring, bebenah rumah), & yg plg penting mkan yg sehat2.

Buah, sayuran, protein, hrs lebih byk drpda nasi/mie/gorengan. Minyak pkai yg olive oil/canola. Klo kemahalan, brati pke minyak yg kiloan secukup'y.

Alhamdulillah, kolesterol&gula darah'ku normal. Skrg jg klo pusing2 dkit jarang minum obat. Mgkn krna rutin bekam&byk minum air putih. BB berlebih jg krna pengaruh hormon'ku yg ga bagus. Dan jgn dikira ga ada usaha. Hingga saat ini, aku ttp usaha kurangi BB, hingga hidup'pun bnr2 sehat.

Inti'nya yuuk ikhtiar utk hidup sehat masing2, ga usah bully2 ngatain orang gendut'lah/basa basi bilang cantikan klo kurus. Lebih baik urus hidup kita, ubah pola fikir kita, jaga kesehatan&tetap bahagia 😘
