Pisałam już wcześniej o tym jak ważne jest zachowanie rozsądku trenując w czasie ciąży. Wrzucałam też listę przykładowych ćwiczeń, których warto unikać w tym czasie. To ważne bo chodzi przecież o zdrowie🤰🤱.

Sportowa mamuśko, ograniczenia Cię frustrują? Niepotrzebnie... bo zawsze mamy alternatywę. Powinnaś wiedzieć, że skalowania (modyfikacji) niemal każdego ćwiczenia jest tak wiele, że możesz  pozostać aktywna nie ryzykując zdrowia swojego i małej słodyczy rosnącej w Twoim brzuszku 😍.

Na filmiku wrzuciłam przykład skalowania Burpees (padnij powstań) lub Thruster (przysiad i wciśnięcie sztangi nad głowę) 😁. Możesz zamiast tego wykonać Landmine Squat to Press w dowolnej konfiguracji. Ja wybrałam opcję trzymania leciutkiej sztangi jedna ręką. Możesz też trzymać obiema rękami. Wybierz opcję, w której lepiej się czujesz 😘

Soooo I have been keeping a secret... we’re expecting our third baby this spring! 
I know many of you have been wondering where I have been these past few months. While this long social media break wasn’t really intentional, I just needed to step back for a bit. Honestly I have felt like I was in survival mode between the all day sickness, unbearable fatigue, pregnancy aches and pains that started almost immediately🙈, work, my two wildly energetic boys AND GROWING ANOTHER HUMAN! 
But I am starting to feel better now! Be prepared to have your feeds blow up again🤣

It’s ok if you don’t “bounce back”... .
For the love of god please stop telling women they will “bounce back”, however well intentioned... (maybe just stop commenting on how women’s bodies look in general...🙄).

By emphasising “bouncing back” ...
.
We reinforce the idea that a women’s value is solely in her appearance and not what her body can do or how it functions. .
We reinforce the idea that the most desired postpartum body is the one that looks like it never had a baby. .
We don’t give the female body the respect it deserves for the huge changes, structurally and hormonally it went through to grow and give birth to another human. .
By only applauding what the body looks like we deem what’s going on on the inside insignificant. So if they look great but are leaking when doing various tasks did they still “bounce back”?
.
In the postpartum period were we are vulnerable, hormonal, sleep deprived, potentially physically uncomfortable or maybe in pain how does focussing on “bouncing back” help us? (Spoiler alert- it doesn’t) .
Stats on urinary incontinence can be as high as 1 in 3, stats on prolapse (and there many degrees of severity) vary but one study suggested 50%, fecal incontinence can be as high as 1 in 10. .
Let’s try and shift the emphasis away from “bouncing back” and more on strengthening from the inside out, promoting a better awareness of pelvic floor health and how we can support it, and how we can better equip women to handle the physical demands of life and motherhood through this chapter and beyond.

Now.... why do we need to rehab after baby? Whether you’ve had a c-section or vaginal birth there has been trauma and the pelvic floor has taken a beating so to speak. The downward pressure of the baby stretches the muscles and connective tissue, this also put pressure on your organs that can disrupt the function. How your posture changes.... bum tucking or chest up(happens in pregnancy) can also change how your pelvic floor functions. Mommas this is important.⠀

WE NEED TO REPROGRAM THE CORE, so all the muscles work together. This means doing foundation work, which is not the exciting box jumps 😆 and then add load or weights.⠀

"Nie unoś rąk do góry w czasie ciąży. To grozi omdleniem, uszkodzeniem macicy, dziecko w pępowine może się owinąć !" 🙆‍♀️

W każdym takim stwierdzeniu jest ziarenko prawdy, bo faktem jest że stojąc z uniesionymi rękoma przez dłuższy czas (np. wieszając firanki 😉) poczujesz się źle i będąc przy tym w ciągłym napięciu odczujesz ból. 
Całkowity zakaz unoszenia rąk do góry w czasie ciąży to jednak MIT ❌.
Macica jest jednym z najsilniejszych i najbardziej plastycznych mięśni w naszym ciele.  Uszkodzenie jej unosząc ręce powyżej linii barków jest zwyczajnie niemożliwe. Kobieta ciężarna, która jest zdrowa i nie ma żadnych przeciwwskazań medycznych może, a nawet powinna wzmacniać górne partie swojego ciała, w tym przez ćwiczeniaz unoszeniem rąk do góry. 
Po porodzie czekają ją bowiem nie lada wyzwania z maluchem👶: potrzebna jej
