70 ml vaj ulliri i aromatizuar me përzierje erëzash

Pak arrë moskat

Pak kripë

Pak piper

Përgatitja:

Pastrojmë fillimisht patatet dhe i presim në feta rrumbullake, me trashësi rreth 1 cm.

I vendosim të ziejnë për disa minuta bashkë me qumështin, hudhrat, kripën, piperin dhe arrën moskat të grirë. Patatet nuk i ziejmë plotësisht, sepse do t’i vendosim në furrë për t’u pjekur.

Pas zierjes, i kullojmë dhe i ruajmë lëngun. Shtrojmë një pjesë të tyre në tavë dhe hedhim sipër një pjesë të djathit të grirë. E përsërisim këtë me të gjitha fetat e patateve.

Në fund u hedhim gjalpin dhe pak qumësht që ka mbetur më parë nga zierja.

E vendosim në furrë të ngrohur më parë dhe e pjekim në temperaturën 200 gradë për 20 minuta.

Un menu de 7 repas, sains et gourmands, pour s’initier au véganisme 🍃

JOUR 1 * Quiche lorraine , on remplace les lardons par du tofu et les oeufs par de la fécule de mais : 60g de farine + 100g de tofu + 50cl de lait de soja + 1 oignon + 3CS de Maïzena + 2 pincée de noix de muscade + huile, sel et poivre. 
JOUR 2 * Crèpes forestières, on remplace le lait de vache par un lait végétal (amande pour un mélange onctueux, ou riz/avoine pour un mélange aérien) : 100g de farine de blé + 25g de farine de riz + 30cl lait végétal + 1 CC sel + 2 CS huile d’olive. Pour la garniture, du tofu fumé , des champignons, des blancs de poireaux,  1 échalote et de la crème soja. 
JOUR 3 * Omelette sans oeufs : 50g de farine de pois chiche + 150 de tofu soyeux + 15g d’arrow root + 10cl d’eau + 1/2 CC curcuma en poudre + 2 échalotes + 2 CS d’huile d’olive + 10 tomates cerises + 1 bouquet de ciboulette + sel et poivre. 
JOUR 4
* Poké bowl. Disposez du riz au fond d’un bol, ajoutez des dés de patate douce (rôtie au four avec du thym et de l’huile d’olive), des crudités au choix, du tofu mariné à la sauce soja et au gingembre , des noix de cajou grillées, assaisonnez le tout d’huile d’olive et de jus de citron puis de coriandre. 
JOUR 5
* Veggie burger aux haricots rouges. Pour le « steak », 1 boite de haricots rouges égouttés + 1 oignon blanc + 1 gousse d’ail + 1 CS d’huile d’olive + 1 CS de concentré de tomates + 1 CC d’organ + 1 CC d’épices à chili. 
JOUR 6
* Risotto aux asperges. Il s’agit de faire revenir un oignon dans une poêle avec de l’huile d’olive. Quand il devient translucide, ajoutez le riz et mélangez pour bien l’enrober d’huile. Ajoutez du vin blanc et laissez cuire 2 min de plus. Versez une louche de bouillon de légumes et poursuivez la cuisson jusqu’à ce qu’il se soit évaporé. Renouvelez jusqu’à épuisement du bouillon. Ajoutez de la crème cuisine au millet, puis les asperges et du parmesan végétal. 
JOUR 7
* Des pâtes bolo! Pour la bolognaise: 125g de protéines de soja texturées de petites taille (poids sec) + 2 oignons + 2 gousses d’ail + 2 CS d'huile d’olive + 800 ml de coulis de tomates + 400 ml d’eau + 2CS d'origan ou d'herbes de Provence.
Un menu de 7 repas, sains et gourmands, pour s’initier au véganisme 🍃

JOUR 1 * Quiche lorraine , on remplace les lardons par du tofu et les oeufs par de la fécule de mais : 60g de farine + 100g de tofu + 50cl de lait de soja + 1 oignon + 3CS de Maïzena + 2 pincée de noix de muscade + huile, sel et poivre.
JOUR 2 * Crèpes forestières, on remplace le lait de vache par un lait végétal (amande pour un mélange onctueux, ou riz/avoine pour un mélange aérien) : 100g de farine de blé + 25g de farine de riz + 30cl lait végétal + 1 CC sel + 2 CS huile d’olive. Pour la garniture, du tofu fumé , des champignons, des blancs de poireaux, 1 échalote et de la crème soja.
JOUR 3 * Omelette sans oeufs : 50g de farine de pois chiche + 150 de tofu soyeux + 15g d’arrow root + 10cl d’eau + 1/2 CC curcuma en poudre + 2 échalotes + 2 CS d’huile d’olive + 10 tomates cerises + 1 bouquet de ciboulette + sel et poivre.
JOUR 4
* Poké bowl. Disposez du riz au fond d’un bol, ajoutez des dés de patate douce (rôtie au four avec du thym et de l’huile d’olive), des crudités au choix, du tofu mariné à la sauce soja et au gingembre , des noix de cajou grillées, assaisonnez le tout d’huile d’olive et de jus de citron puis de coriandre.
