Veja bem, não existe, um alimento para o Dosha, mas um alimento que tem um certo domínio na exacerbação que aconteceu na sua fisiologia, ou seja com ajuda de um #agni bom, conseguirmos digerir o alimento (seja ele insumo ou não). As tabelas começarão  a surgir como uma necessidade de simplificar. Mas a verdade é que, no dia a dia, com os desafios práticos da rotina das consultas você percebe que não é bemmm assim, #ahara, #paka e Agni, são racionalidades filosóficas que você tem que praticamente filosofar em cima de todo diagnóstico para saber como poder a ajudar uma pessoa de forma, individual e retilíneo. .

Seria fácil, seguir visualmente uma tabela, um quizz, fazer um diagnóstico visual e tirar da gaveta ou da impressora uma tabela pré pronta com dietas para Doshas, rotinas diárias, shatavari, triphala, brahmi, ashwagandha, jatamansi, trikatu, uma panaceia, com aguinha morna com limão, olha isso o Google faz para nós e nem precisamos de certificado, investir dinheiro nas consultas.

Fato que temos que analisar o alimento, se for do Reino vegetal, o Āyurveda separa em 4 classificações, o comportamento dela na natureza vai entrar em contato com nossos comportamentos seja harmônico, desarmonico, então prevalece o que as escrituras falam, não há quem pratique Āyurveda sem conhecer uma boa farmacopeia e plantação. Sim isso mesmo, é necessário irmos à campo, pense nisso, e busquem, assim como devemos observar os animais que iremos comer. Nos textos, os sábios linca um comportamento de um ver o animal, seu hábitat com o que uma pessoa precisa.

Vamos lá guardem isso pois não vão encontrar escrito no Google.
