Take your core training to the next level with the Ab Roller (think plank but multiply the burn tenfold!). We love the Ab Rollout exercise because it teaches you to engage and hold the core tight whilst elongating the two points in contact with the floor, allowing for a huge amount of progression. This exercise also relies on a lot of shoulder stability, therefore improving your shoulder strength as well as developing a rock solid core!

A few technique tips: - Start in a position that mimics a plank from the knees; - Keeping the pelvis tucked and core braced, slowly roll the wheel away from yourself; - Only go as far as you can whilst maintaining a strong core position (if your lower back dips you’ve gone too far); - Pull the wheel back in until it is under the shoulder joint and your body is back in the plank position, refraining from pulling the hips backwards.

Joanne, joanne, joanne. -
What do you get when you mix a pastizzi with chicken adobo. You get a 5ft pocket rocket with a bad ass attitude. Joanne has been training with us for 9 months now and has absolutely blown our expectations away on how many cardio sessions she can skip... all jokes aside.

Joanne commits to training an average of 5 days per week, hits her nutrition spot on (with the occasional alcoholic beverage here and there) and continues to push her limits in every session. Joanne has hit some huge milestones this year such as a 100kg squat and 100kg deadlift @55kg BW. -
We couldn't be more proud of what you have achieved so far. Dont ever stop youe leg days until you reach full ghetto status. -

豆腐はご存知の通り大豆から出来ており
身体にいい栄養が豊富に含まれています💡

その中でも私が個人的におススメするのは
『絹ごし』よりも『木綿』です❗️

絹ごしと木綿では木綿の方がカロリー自体
は多少多いのですが、何故木綿をおススメ
するのかと言うと、

①タンパク質量が木綿の方が豊富

②作る工程で木綿の方が単純で余分な
物が入っていない為大豆の栄養素が
絹ごしよりも多く残っている

③食べた際の食感での満足感、
腹持ち感がある

栄養的なものがもちろん大切で、
私個人的には③の食べた時の満足感も
大きなポイントです💡

実際お鍋に入れる豆腐も絹ごしより木綿
の方が食べ応えもありますよ🤗
