I have struggled with food my entire life. I used to do #weightwatchers
and when I say I used to, I mean when I was 13. I would eat an apple- 1 point- then run for 3 miles to ‘work it off.’ I would drink diet soda all day because it was zero points! On occasion, I would save up two days worth of points- which means I wouldn’t eat for a day- so that I could go to Jack n the box and ‘spend’ my points.
Y’all, I could lose weight! I was skinny! But I wasn’t #healthy
and it certainly got me focused on the wrong things at a very young age!
Even up until this year, I’ve struggled with food and weight and getting focused in on the wrong things. I don’t know if that’s your story. I desire so much to be healthy, but I also love food!

I feel I’ve found an amazing balance between feeling good and eating good! It’s not all or nothing. It’s not restrictive. It’s not just about #weightloss
