💫16 Aug - Day 16 🌴 Le Saint Geran is situated on the east coast of this beautiful island, which means beautiful SUNRISES. Today I finally kicked my butt out of bed to soak up this sunrise....and of course yoga mat in hand ☺️ My Dad always said, we miss the most beautiful and peaceful part of the day...the morning sunrise 🌅 In a resort that is 95% full, I was the only one on the beach...BLESSED! Spent the morning teaching yoga, which included a visit form a special friend, and exploring the resort together. 🌴I am getting rather comfy here 😬😁 ...AND as that comfort arrives, I can also hear the gentle knock of REALITY CHECK on the door 😎 Reflecting though...I love LIVING my LIFE, I am so blessed wherever I am - be it paradise or Cape Town, and my reality is always TEACHING me 🦋 As the quote goes “Everything that happens to you is your teacher.
