@margaretcatherineerickson was trying out a few new core exercises today. Were some good? Absolutely! Do some of them need some work? Of course! But she executed every set and every rep. Each day Maggie comes to the gym we all notice improvements. Do you want to get better? Getting better isn't a hack or a trick, or a one change that you need to make. Getting better is a campaign. It's a daily, a weekly, it's an hourly fight. An incessant fight that does not stop against weekness, against temptation, and against laziness. It's a campaign of discipline. It's a campaign of hard work and dedication. It's waking up early and going to bed late and grinding out every second in between, every single day. You want to get better? Stop looking for a shortcut. People of all different abilities come to Lions United Fitness Center but they all have one thing in common. They all want to get better!
