Il Sunday Home Workout #71 è molto semplice da spiegare, si tratta di 4 round degli esercizi assegnati, ed ogni esercizio deve essere eseguito per le massime ripetizioni possibili, ognuno per un minuto, dopo di che senza nessun riposo si passa al successivo.

Già so che l'esercizio che ti piacerà di più sarà quello al minuto 5!😂 Cerca realmente di fare quante più ripetizioni possibili, non c***eggiare ok?

This is my usual workout area. As you can see it's messy and the kid's toys get in the mix. Nevertheless, I get everything that O need to. Here I am doing a single leg squat. It is a fantastic exercise to work on your leg strength, balance and control. Start off with a shallow squat and progress deeper as you get better at it. Don't let the knee wobble or your body twist. Use support to begin with too. This will make you stronger, turn better in the surf and avoid knee injury.

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Tip 1️⃣ I'm carrying 2kg dumbbells and wearing 1kg ankle weights on each leg. You may increase the ankle weights to 1.5kg each but I do not recommend using heaving dumbbells. 
Tip 2️⃣ Avoid holding your breath. Use your inhalation and exhalation to power the movements through your core. Gently lift up pelvic floor on the exhalation, pulling navel to spine. A strong + healthy pelvic floor will protect your back!

Tip 3️⃣ Maintain proper posture and joint alignment.

Tip 4️⃣ Complete all the moves as demonstrated then repeat the entire routine on opposite side.

Tip 5️⃣ Add this routine to another “Sequence Sunday” workout for a longer sesh. I love teaming it with my low-impact/high-intensity workouts for a good sweat! 😄💦💦 Tip 6️⃣ Go ahead, feel confidant!
