De mon côté, je commence mon dimanche avec mon moment préféré de la journée, le petit déjeuner 🥞 
Alors j’attaque cette belle journée ensoleillée avec un jus tonique: orange, citron, passion et gingembre 🍊🍋, fait avec mon juicer @kuvingsfrance et un bol tout violet aux fruits et aux graines inspiré par mon magazine @healthyfoodmagazine et préparé avec mon @thermomixfr

Pour un verre de jus:
☛Passer dans un extracteur 2 oranges et 2 citrons pelés et un morceau de gingembre.
☛Verser dans un verre et ajouter la pulpe d’un fruit de la passion
. . . .
Pour un smoothie bol tout violet ☛Mixer une banane congelée avec une grosse poignée de mûres et 1 cas de purée d’amande. Détendre avec un peu d’eau si nécessaire.
☛Verser dans un bol et ajouter des fruits, du pollen et des graines
. . . .

Dobro jutro, divni ljudi.
Nedelja je... ❤ Doručak na plaži ili u prirodi može da bude i u vidu zdrave teglice ❤. Često me pitate šta stavim u činicu, kad izbacim sliku u jutarnji story.
Uglavnom dok pijem kafu, ova nekuvana kašica fino odstoji i nabubri.
Tako je i juče bilo.
Spremila sam nam 2 teglice, zatvorila i malo kasnije smo je sa slašću pojeli. 
Kao što rekoh, ne kuvam ništa. Ne znam da li to tako valja, ali mom stomaku odgovara.

Potrebno je za 1 teglicu ili činiju:

5 kašika ovsenih pahuljica

1 kašika meda

2 dl mleka po izboru

1 kašika chia semenki

Suvo voće( uglavnom stavim kajsije 3-4 i 2 urme)

Pola banane

Nekoliko višnjica i ribizli.

Voće možete da stavite koje imate.
Često stavim i orahe ili lešnike.
Volim i sa jogurtom,samo tad izbacim slatko( med, urme i bananu). Stavim breskve i maline.

Pahuljice omekšaju za pola h, bilo da prelijete toplim mlekom ili jogurtom.
Ako je čaša ili teglica u pitanju, možete naizmenično da slažete, kako inače  i ja radim. Juče smo žurili da poranimo 😊.

Some would say I spend too much time in the Kitchen or researching further healthy treats to bake. But that’s simply because it’s my stress free happy place! At the moment I’m making the most of all our fresh fruit and forever adding it into just about everything and let me tell you, you can’t go wrong with that! In this case I whipped up @foodfitnessflora banana bread recipe, added a nice serving of @coyo_uk on top, and topped it off with strawberries and pomegranate. Quick, easy, delicious and a centrepiece showstopper

🥧 4 adet kabuğu soyulup rendelenmiş elma
🥧 1 tatlı kaşığı tarçın
🥧 250 gr bal
🥧 1 paket vanilya
🥧 1 paket kabartma tozu
🥧 4 yemek kaşığı tereyağı (önceden buzdolabından çıkarın oda sıcaklığında yumuşasın)
🥧 2 yumurta 🥧 yaklaşık 4,5 - 5 su bardağı un( siz yinede yavaş ekleyerek alabildiği kadar koyun)
Yapılışı
Rendelediğiniz Elmaları tavada pişirin, piştikten sonra tarçını ekleyip soğumaya bırakın. 
Daha sonra bir kabın içine önceden çıkardığınız tereyağını alın ve üzerine iki yumurtayı kırın, tereyağı ve yumurtayı elimizle harmanlayın. Üzerine kabartma tozu,vanilya ve balı ekleyip karıştırın, yavaş yavaş ununu ilave edin. Yumuşak bir hamur elde edeceğiz. Ardından hamuru ikiye bölün, bir parçasını buzluğa koyun. Kalan parçayı da yağladığımız turta kabına güzelce yayın. Üzerine soğumaya bıraktığımız tarçınlı elma karışımını yayın. En son buzluktaki hamuru alın, küçük küçük parçalar halinde koparıp uzun çubuklar elde ederek kafes şeklini verin. 170 derece fırında yaklaşık 25-30 dakika kadar pişirin. ( pişirme süresi fırından fırına değişiklik gösterebilir, takip etmeyi unutmayın) Afiyet olsun 🥧😊😍💗

Mi raccomando quando cercate un succo di frutta, soprattutto per i bambini e per praticità, sceglietelo senza zuccheri aggiunti, ormai si trovano ottimi prodotti bio che fanno al caso nostro.
