I've successfully made the move to low fat sausage on my 5yrolds plate and he didn't even blink

These aldi skinny pork sausages are the best I've found

They are now only 0.5syns each and actually taste like a real sausage (not sawdust wrapped in a skin)

Last nights date night consisted of pizza, fried chicken and polenta sticks 🤤

It feels so good to have FINALLY reached a point of complete balance. I’ve stopped tracking 100% of my food intake and I never feel any food guilt.

I found after doing bikini bodybuilding in 2018 my obsession with tracking everything became unhealthy! I think that tracking your intake has a really important place in your routine if you have a specific goal in mind e.g making a weight class for a sport, needing to know what you need to eat to gain muscle/lose weight etc. but since I’m not in these categories right now I’ve taken a step back and i can honestly say my body confidence is probably in the best place it’s been in a long time! 
I still have goals I want to work on, but they are no longer scale based. I have my training routine, I’m aiming to be as healthy as possible and I’ve signed up for a half marathon (something I never thought I would ever do!) Sorry for such a spiel, but I feel as though it’s really easy to get into a negative cycle of over obsessing - I have been through this many times so I thought I would share this 💯

Today was total upper body and whewwwwww it was a good one! I’m seeing so many changes and it is such good motivation!

Yesterday I was way behind in calories so if I’m being honest didn’t think today was gonna be too good. But I was wayy wrong. I was able to bench 75 which may not seem like too much but that has always been an exercise I lacked in, so for me it’s exciting!
