Happy Monday lil homies - tis a new week, lets SEIZE IT. ⚡️

I slept lateish last night (11.30pm, woke 5.30am) so was a bit sleepy this am pre gym sesh. Mon-Weds I aim to do 1x Legs, 1x Upper body, 1x sweatier Full body Circuit/HIIT and this morning's energy levels were DEFINITELY not makin it through a hiit or legs sesh ha! 🌚

I am pleased with the upper body sesh tho, really felt the burn, took most things close to failure/pain (i was in one of those masochistic moods 🤷🏻‍♀️ ) and ended with a 5 min stretch 🧘🏻‍♀️ . #gymshark66 ✅

Mete este ejercicio después de un calentamiento, o hazlo con una intensidad alta y ponlo en la parte principal de tu entrenamiento.

L'obiettivo è abbassare il rialzo sempre di più fino a riuscire a farli a terra. 👉 Qualche accorgimento: ▪mantenere il corpo orizzontale ingaggiando l'addome
