Don’t drink coffee after 1 pm the day before (even though I’m a huge coffee lover)
Sign up for your workout class before you go to bed so you have an obligation to get up for in the morning
Set backup alarm times because you know you’ll probably hit snooze on the first couple ones
Line up your workout outfit and pack your gym bag the night before so you’re ready to run out the door in the morning
Learn to tell yourself “no” to things that you might feel like doing in the moment but would set you back on having a productive morning the next day, i.e. binge watching another episode on Netflix, drinking tea or browsing on your phone.
Research and safely use supplements that help you fall asleep if you’re one to toss and turn (like me)
