With 5 weeks to go last night, we completed our first proper evening training walk yesterday!
Not every training session will be a great one, it’s what you still manage to complete that counts. Something is better than nothing!
Yesterday was definitely not the best training walk we’ve done. Every step felt hard, my body felt tired, I was struggling with my pain and training later into the evening definitely felt different. However, that’s why we do the training, to get used to different times of day, to still keep moving and achieve some distance even if it’s not to plan. I’m grateful that we still managed to complete a good distance!
