I learnt this from @naveedshah9940 who told me to to tilt the dumbells slightly towards the head to add more stress on the upper chest since there's more tension when you're keeping them stable at that position. A few months ago, I lost as aspect of my life that was more important than most people know.

That was hard.

What was also hard was the trickle down effect.

The other aspects of my life that were altered by a shift in one area. The things that were made more difficult than they already were. The worry.

I’m mostly okay. And in some parts of my life, I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time.

But, the memory of 12/10/12 hit me harder than I thought it would. And this evening felt sad.

So, as I stay up way too late, know that I’m as okay as I can be. But I’m still fragile. And I’m still supported by some amazing people.
