The 4 keys 🔑 you need to keep yourself motivated & drop your first 20lbs.
If you find yourself struggling to stay motivated longer than a week to reach your goal chances are it’s because you don’t have a plan.
Or if you do have a plan... it’s a shitty one. #sorrynotsorry
Lemme guess babe...
You’ve probably have been half ass counting calories and jumping in and out of ketosis looking for a quick fix?
Maybe you dropped 20lbs through keto but then managed to gain it all back (and most likely weigh more than you did before)
I’m also willing to bet that most of your workouts consist of 15 mins of elliptical, 2 bicep curl machines and 10 crunches to finish er’ off.
Then, when you’re driving home from the gym you swing by subway for a post-workout meal and wash it down with a bottle of orange juice.
Soooo, how happy are you with your results right now and on a scale of 1-10 how motivated do you feel to keep putting in the work?
Instead of feeling frustrated and stuck implement these 4 things instead:
⚖️ CALORIC INTAKE: figure out the right amount of calories you need to be taking in to reach your goals. Weight loss is about calories in vs. calories out.
🏋🏻♀️ PRIORITIZE RESISTANCE TRAINING: get your ass off the elliptical and get into the weight section instead. Aim to lift in the 8-12 rep range on most of your lifts.
🥦 PREP YOUR MEALS: seriously... if you actually want to win, stop bitching about meal prep and just do it. You haven’t mastered self-control yet so don’t trick yourself into thinking you’ll make good choices on the fly. Cook it, seal it and bring your meal prep with you.
💋 JOIN BADASS LOVELIES: shameless plug, my program is dope and my clients are fucking winning. I help these women lose 20-50lbs by teaching them how to lose weight without giving up the foods they love.
It’s really simple babe.
You will never out train a bad diet.
You will never look good naked living off cardio and 1200 calories a day.
