HOW DOES THE TASTES AFFECTS THE DOSHAS
Yes, the tastes have a great influence on the doshas. *Vata:- The tastes that alleviate or decrease the Vata are Sweet, Sour and Salt. Whereas those result in the aggravation or increase of the dosha are Bitter, Pungent and Astringent. *Pitta:-
Astringent, Bitter and Sweet are the tastes that result in the alleviation of the doshas. At the same time, Sour, Salt and Pungent tastes cause the aggravation of the dosha. *Kapha:-
Kapha gets increased by Bitter, Pungent and Astringent tastes and gets decreased by Sweet, Sour and Salt.

ANURASA
Along with a primary taste, a secondary taste may also be present and that taste is called as Anurasa.
Along with Anurasas, various combinations of tastes can be found in different substances.
This is the wonder of nature and this is why we say food should be the medicine and not the other way. According to your body condition you can decide, the type of food you should take, thus can make an equilibrium among the doshas.

🍁Важно заботиться о Питте-осенью она в дисбалансе бывает.  Не перегревать и не гасить. С баней аккуратно. КУРКУМА хорошо. Хоть с крыш кричи-ребята, куркума-тема!!!💪🏻😂 можно ее с молоком, кефиром, в еду класть. Просто держать в шкафу-не помогает💂🏻‍♀️
🍁осенью Вате некомфортно (ибо холодно, ветренно), заботимся-масляные массажи, режим.
🍁Если часто болеете зимой, летом хорошо начинать холодные обливания (людям Питты), контрастный душ (Вате и Капхе). Поздновато об этом говорю, но как есть😅
🍁сейчас хорошо пропить Трифалу 30-45 дней🍀 Дашамула хорошо (успокоит Вату). Не голодать-важно поддерживать Агни. Предыдущая еда-дрова для Агни. Надо следить, чтобы немного дровишек всегда где-то в организме были, не допускать очень длинных периодов голодания☝🏻 Если увлеклись этой идеей и переели-попить имбирную водичку (свежий имбирь поболтать в тёплой воде без фанатизма) или заваренный фенхель (ложка фенхеля на стакан, настоять 10 мин., сам фенхель можно тоже жевать).
🌿 ВАЖНО-есть тёплую, питательную еду. Ничего холодного (иначе слизь). Мёд хорошо, тростниковый сахар, бурый рис и басмати. Хорошо каши (кроме манки), супы, пюре, добавлять масло гхи. Тушеные овощи. Имбирь, кардамон, гвоздика, кориандр, корица, кумин
⛔️ Меньше орехов и семечек, незамоченных сухофруктов, Меньше кофе☕️ Листовые салаты и огурцы-почти не есть (иначе слизь, потом весной аллергия будет или простуды). Не увлекаться солью (плохо для Питты).
🍁хорошо Йога, Сурья-Намаскар, пранаямы, но супер-активных практик (Дыхание огня) избегать. Вате-Шавасана в хорошей дозировке. Поменьше шума, громкой музыки, длинных путешествий
🍁август-сентябрь - хорошо Виречана и Басти, это для суставов хорошо зимой
🍁ну вы поняли-начинаем немного окукливаться😂 напоминаю, до середины января сезон накопления ресурсов и правильного поведения. От него зависит самочувствие в первом полугодии следующего года💃🏻

De har en fin hud, men den bliver nemt irriteret og med rødme. Pitta typer tolererer ikke solen særlig godt. 
Deres hår er ofte glat, blond, brun eller rød. De får ofte gråhår tidligt eller bliver skallet.
