Two movements with @trxtraining to work on torso stability (avoiding early extensions and flat shoulder plane) and rotation with shoulder horizontal abduction. On the second video we have torso/hips disassociation and sequencing training. The TRX is a great tool to help golfers stay on plane but it should be removed after a couple of repetitions to let them use proprioception and improve body awareness.
